1) set a calorie limit each day. never go over it.
2) exercise a minimum of 1 hour, anything less is digusting.
3) NEVER eat more than 1000 calories, thats disgusting.
4) hair and makeup must be meticulously done at all times, its better to be late than to skimp on what you look like.
5) never be late, you’ll look sloppy. you dont want to be sloppy do you?
6) outfits must always be clean, and flattering to your figure.
7) your space must be meticulous. no mess. nothing out of place. if there is you’re a slob, and you dont want to be a slob now do you?
8) study for no less than an hour a day, and much more is recommended, anything less means you dont care about your future, you dont want to be a failure do you?
9) never skimp on hair or skincare, you cant be beautiful with gross skin or dead hair.
10) shave anytime you feel prickly, what if he brushes against you? you dont want to feel like a cactus, now do you?
11) bathe daily, and at least one bath a day must be cold to burn more calories.
12) never ever ever procrastinate anything (except for eating), its disgusting.
13) no sweets. ever. if you deserve a sweet you deserve to be fat.
14) cigarettes are the best replacement for meals.
15) journal. write down everything you did. everything you ate and the calories. each cigarette you smoke. the homework you completed. write. everything. down.
16) anything less than an A in any class is unacceptable.
17) you must always have a job, but no eating while you are there. if you cant work and take care of yourself, you’re a slob.
18) your handwriting must always be neat, if it isnt, you have to rewrite it.
19) never look as though you are in a hurry, remember, you are never late for anything.
20) your car must always be clean inside and out, if you cant afford a car wash, do it yourself. burn some calories.
21) no less than 8 hours of sleep a night, if you have less you will gain weight, and that’s disgusting. up by 5:30 on school days, 7 on non.
22) never complain, no one wants to hear you bitch
23) carry a water bottle everywhere. keep it full. drink often.
24) no drinks over 50 calories, and no more than 3 non zero cal drinks a week.
25) embrace the hunger. she is your friend.
26) reply to all texts and messages promptly. update your blog often. put effort in, you lazy bitch.
27) drink water before, during, and after a meal to fill up on something that wont make you fat.
28) only ana buddies can know about your eating habits, no one else cares, and if they do they will just get in the way of you being pretty. dont you want to be pretty?
29) stretch everyday. it burns calories without building muscle, and the guys love it.
30) be a heartbreaker, not a broken heart.
31) sweatpants and a teeshirt is not an outfit, don’t treat it as such.
32) wear jeans only 2 days a week, anything else is dresses or skirts.
33) your electronics are precious, treat them as such by keeping them clean and safe.
34) your goals are everything, dont look away from them, even for a second.
35) stick to your safe foods, and plan out every calorie in advance.
36) it doesnt matter if you have it together, as long as you look it.
