a few things to remember
-nothing tastes as good as skinny feels
-skip the dinner, wake up thinner
-i want to be so thin that people whisper about how skinny ive gotten behind my back
-the calories last longer than the cravings
-i am not a slave to my body and i do not have to cater to all of its whining
-if if hurts then its working
-the voice that says you can’t do this and to give up is a lying slut
-youll never get skinny if you keep on eating
-a craving is only a feeling
-you will never regret reaching your goal. you will only regret giving up and not trying harder.
-do not reward yourself with food. you are not a dog
-hunger hurts but starvation works

Stop and Think
Stop and think before you eat those fries, drink that milkshake, binge on those chips.
Remember why you want to lose weight: for the collar bones, hip bones, skinny face, thigh gap, rib cage, flat stomache.
Think about all the looks you’re gonna get when you’re skinny. Think all the whispers that you will get about how skinny you are. Think about how pretty you wil be.
Put down that discusting life ruiners and drink some wate of lower calorie food.
You are the one who has control over your body. Don’t let your stomache dictate what you know is right.
Stay strong.
Feet together, thighs apart. The collar bones are where we start. Count the ribs and feel the hips. Thatโs what makes us skinny, bitch.

- no more bulging stomach that hinders you from comfortably wearing high waist pants/shorts

- ACTUALLY FITTING TIGHT CLOTHING WITHOUT IT CUTTING INTO YOUR STOMACH
- no more bACK FAT ROLLS!!!!!!
- every part of your body will be thinner
- no more excess fat holding you down
- the word fat will never literally apply to you
- the next time you run into anyone you haven’t seen in a while they will notice how much smaller you are
- saying your weight or clothing size won’t be embarrassing
- when someone picks you up they will be so amazed at how little you weigh
- smaller stomach = smaller portions = saving money on food
- healthier lifestyle
- looking in the mirror and not seeing a fat whale
- actually feeling good about yourself for once
- not being held back by your weight ever again
- bralettes will fit comfortably and your boobs won’t spill out of them
- wearing a tank top to the gym and feeling comfortable about it

please remember our goal is to be thin not in the hospital. take care of yourself. if you feel weak, eat something, even if you planned on fasting. your health should always come first. take vitamins. you want to look pretty not dead.
Patience.
This isn’t going to come in two days. You can’t eat a salad and be skinny. You can’t do one day of fasting and be done with it. It takes many, many weeks and even months. It will come if you don’t give up. Just give it time. Patience is key. If you don’t give your body time to burn every sickening once of fat you will never be skinny. Patience. Be patient. It will come. Being skinny takes work. Work for it.
Imagine being skinnier than your skinny friend.
When I’m thin enough, I’ll wear clothes like that and look good 💪🏼
21 days
It’s supposed to take 21 days before doing something becomes a habit.
So just think.
21 days without binging could be a lifetime of self-control.
21 days of not eating after 6 could mean always waking up skinny.
21 days of actually working out could mean a lifetime of thin.
